Delivery and Ordering
It takes our team a maximum of 8 to 15 working days to process your order, manufacture the products and deliver them (free of charge). We do our utmost to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise.

We deliver our products worldwide. There is no minimum order quantity and all our deliveries are free of charge.
If your order includes several items, they may be sent separately, depending on stock availability and shipping warehouses. Don’t worry, your package will arrive shortly.
A problem with the Post Office? Lost, broken or destroyed parcel?
With our secure delivery service, our team will take care of the problem for you. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We don’t pass the buck to the carrier and leave you to fend for yourself. We take full responsibility by immediately sending you a new parcel at our expense.

Cancellations and Returns
Yes, as long as your order is not “Complete”.
It’s possible to cancel your order! If the order is already in preparation, the cancellation fee will be 40% of the purchase price.

Our products undergo strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products show any manufacturing defect, please send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) together with your order number. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
