1. General Information
Subject to stock availability, we strive to maintain accurate inventory records; however, occasional discrepancies may occur, and we may not be able to fulfill all items at the time of your purchase. In such cases, we will contact you to ask whether you prefer to wait for the restocking of the out-of-stock item or receive a store credit voucher.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and especially the destination of the items in your order. Shipping fees are collected at the time of purchase. This amount is the final shipping cost for your order. Currently, delivery fees are fully covered (100%).
3. Returns

4. Delivery Conditions
Orders shipped internationally may be in transit for up to 10 days. However, this timeframe can exceptionally be longer (up to about 20 days). It varies greatly depending on the shipping method chosen and the supplier related to the items in your order.
Shipping Time
Orders are generally processed within 2 business days following payment. We allow a 24-hour window to modify the shipping address.
Our teams contact stock locations Monday through Friday during normal business hours, excluding national holidays, during which shipments are not initiated.
When you place an order on our store, the maximum shipping processing time is 5 business days. Orders are often shipped earlier than 5 business days. However, due to current disruptions, delivery may take between 2 to 4 weeks.
It is important to distinguish between shipping and delivery: Shipping refers to the dispatch of the items, while delivery refers to the transportation and arrival of the items to the destination address.
For this reason, exceptional total delivery time may reach up to 5 weeks (5 business days processing plus up to 4 weeks for delivery).
This represents exceptional total delays, and we want to communicate this upfront to avoid inconvenience. Should the delivery time exceed 5 weeks, we want to keep you satisfied.
In such cases, we will offer solutions such as reshipping your order at our expense or issuing a store credit voucher whose value will exceed your original order amount. This almost never happens, but we prefer to anticipate and inform you about our customer service policy in such situations.
Therefore, if you have received your order confirmation email 5 weeks ago or more, please either reply to that confirmation email or send us a new email.
To help us handle your request as quickly as possible, please include the following information in your email:

- The email address used for the order
- Your first and last name
- Contents of your order (even approximate)
- Date of your order

4.4 Change of Delivery Address
We can modify the delivery address at any time before the order is shipped.
4.5 Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Our website ships to P.O. boxes only via postal services. We cannot offer courier delivery to P.O. boxes at this time.
4.6 Shipping to Military Addresses
We can ship to military addresses via USPS but cannot offer courier services for these addresses.
4.7 Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to ask whether you prefer to wait for restocking or receive a store credit voucher with a value exceeding your original order amount.
4.8 Exceeding Delivery Timeframe
If delivery exceeds the expected timeframe, please contact us by email so we can address your request.
5. Tracking Notifications
When your order ships, you will receive a tracking link allowing you to monitor the shipment status based on the latest updates provided by the carrier.
6. Damaged Packages in Transit
If you notice that a package is damaged during delivery, please, if possible, refuse to accept the delivery and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without your presence, please email our team.
7. Duties and Taxes
7.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax is already included in the product prices shown on our website at checkout.
7.2 Import Duties and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These fees vary by country, and we encourage you to be aware of such potential costs before ordering. If you refuse to pay import duties and taxes, the goods will be returned at the customer’s expense. The customer will receive a refund for the merchandise value paid, minus return shipping costs. The initial shipping fee is non-refundable.
8. Cancellations
If you change your mind before receiving your order, we accept cancellations at any time prior to shipment. Once an order is shipped, please refer to our refund policy linked at the bottom of our website.
9. Insurance
Packages are insured against loss or damage up to the carrier’s declared value. Loss is confirmed only when the postal service officially declares it lost. A confirmed delivery by postal services is considered valid. We have unfortunately experienced many dishonest cases where customers claimed non-delivery without proof. However, we do our best to satisfy you by reshipping your order at our expense or offering a store credit voucher exceeding your original order value.
9.1 Damaged Packages Process
Refunds or replacements will be processed according to our Returns and Refund Policy linked at the bottom of our website.
9.2 Lost Packages Process
If the postal service confirms a package loss, we will do our utmost to satisfy you by reshipping the items or issuing a store credit voucher exceeding your original order value.
